Please reach us at thenakedpantry@btinternet.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you have used a container at home that is now empty, please bring that to refill. However, we do have paper bags and donated containers for you to use that are clean and sanitised to help you start your refill journey.
We regularly monitor our prices alongside our local supermarket prices. While we cannot compete on everything, we do come out in general either the same price (by weight) or cheaper on most of our products. The main win is that you only need to buy what you need so, if you have a recipe or are just cooking for one or two, just but what you need for those needs, not the big packs you are forced to buy in the mainstream shops.
Yes! We order on a regular basis and only order what we predict we will sell. We don't have stock lingering on our shelves or in our stock room and all our herbs and spices, teas & coffee are stored in UV coated containers to protect them from degrading in the daylight .
We have regular reports that our flour produces better bakes, our spices are more flavoursome and our fruit juicier than the packets in the supermarkets.
Our reputation is based on our ethics. We are transparent about our sourcing and our stock room is visible for all to see. We use a closed loop supply system for all our local products and our huge 200l drums of liquid products (Meaning no single use packaging is used at all) and our dry goods come in paper sacks which we either use again ourselves or give to local allotment holders or animal owners for their use.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a delivery service at present but our click and collect online ordering service is available and we have parking directly outside the front of our shop for your convenience.
With everyone's health and safety in mind, we can only take empty and clean jars - with labels removed - that have contained jam, marmalade or honey only.
Any other jars, please put in your own glass recycling collection box at home as we are unable to take them.
Please also, do not just drop bags off without handing them directly to a member of staff as we are finding an increasing number of fly tippers leaving bags of unsuitable and unusable jars and packaging outside (And sometimes inside!) our shop.
We aren't a recycling facility but can take the above outlined jars only. Thank you.
